SHIPPING POLICY – MooDash™

1. Shipping Coverage We ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, and selected international destinations. Our goal is to bring a dash of comfort to your doorstep, no matter where you are. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location.

2. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

3. Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and depend on the destination and carrier:

  • United States & Europe: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Note: Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, logistics issues, or local holidays.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. ✨ Special Promotion: We occasionally offer Free Shipping on qualifying orders. If available, this will be clearly indicated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking Once your MooDash™ has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your cow’s journey from our warehouse to your home. Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate to avoid delivery issues.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders shipped outside the European Union or to specific international regions, additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply. These charges:

  • Are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • Are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before purchasing.

7. Delays & Undelivered Orders We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to a delivery failure (wrong address), we can reship it once the additional shipping costs are covered by the customer.

8. Delivered Orders Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, MooDash™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we value your experience and will assist you in contacting the carrier to resolve any issues whenever possible.
