Refund Policy – MooDash™
At MooDash™, we want you to love your new "dashing" companion. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your MooDash™ plushie must be in the same condition that you received it: unwashed, unused, and with all original tags and packaging (including the premium dust bag if applicable).
2. How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@moodash.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues (Quality Guarantee) Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement at no extra cost to you. We pride ourselves on our premium quality, and we stand behind every MooDash™ sent.
4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Personalized items or special orders.

Items purchased during "Final Sale" clearance events.

Digital products (like the digital guides).
5. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
7. Return Shipping Costs Unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
